Elisha Koota, AP, Dipl. Ac., LMT, CT is a nationally board certified and Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician (AP2833), as well as a nationally board certified and Florida licensed Massage Therapist (MA43216), a certified Colon Hydrotherapist, and a Body Talk Practitioner. She is also certified in acupoint injection therapy and administers homeopathic injections for pain, arthritis and facial rejuvenation, as well as Vitamin B12 shots.

Elisha graduated cum laude from Rollins College with a B.A. in Psychology. She began her healing career as a massage therapist in 2005, completing her massage therapy education at Acupuncture and Massage College in Kendall, Florida.  She added Colon Hydrotherapy to her repertoire in 2006, training at the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Pompano Beach, Florida. In 2010, she obtained a Masters in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and became a licensed Acupuncture Physician. During her training, Elisha was honored with the President’s Award for her academic performance and as the Outstanding Clinic Intern of the Year for her hands-on work with patients.

Born outside of Los Angeles, Elisha relocated to Coral Springs, when she was 14 years old, and went on to graduate near the top of her class at Taravella High School, where she was a point guard on the State Championship girls’ basketball team. 24 years later, she is proud to be practicing in her home town of Coral Springs and giving back to her community through her healing work. She lives nearby with her husband and family.

Elisha’s heart-centered approach has attracted a loyal following of patients, many of whom consider her a trusted friend in addition to their healer.  Her compassion and care helps guide others towards a better quality of life.  She looks forward to assisting you on your journey.
